Art therapy:
If you are feeling down, anxious or worried and finding it difficult to make the first step in your approach to change, we suggest you meet with our art therapist. On first meeting the therapist will talk to you about your difficulties and you may use art materials. If this method suits you, then you can enrol for further sessions.
We would like you to leave your work with us until finished.After which you can either decide to take it with you or display in our gallery for a week.
